Is U.S. President Joe Biden a proxy front for the Democrats?

People are starting to wonder why he has been chosen to run for another term, when he may be to forgetful and blundering to do the job at 81 years, but Trump is also blundering at 78 and thus why the limit on candidates by the parties involved?

One has to ask what is the real agenda here and why is Biden refusing aide to Israel for the war in the Ukraine at this late stage!
